Acting preventively, taking care of your body and mind, eating consciously, and getting enough exercise can prevent diseases and lead to a healthy lifestyle.
Once again we welcome Michael Bongers, certified nutritionist, and passionate fitness coach.
During the following days, 26.8. – 4.9.2022, Michael will set the focus of his session on the following topics:
- Nutrition and mindset – how to keep a healthy diet, and consistent weight, yet still be able to enjoy delicious food under the challenges of everyday life?
- Mobility – Do you suffer from back, shoulder, or hip pain? Poor posture at work or in everyday life are very often triggers for those pain sections. With dedicated mobility exercises and workouts, you can often achieve very good results within a short period of time.
- Self-defense – Do you sometimes feel uncomfortable when you’re out in the evening? Or did you already experience a situation, verbal or physical, where you wish you would have been prepared and you don’t want to experience that again and rather be well prepared?
In addition to that, Michael is also available for individual consultancy or coaching and while he is here with us, you can find him daily at the Reef Bar between 10:00 and 10:30 am.
